As a VOR Administrator, you will become a vital part of a dedicated team responsible for managing a portfolio of 25,000 Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV). Together, this team oversees vehicles that are off the road, maintaining communication regarding all services and repairs from the moment a vehicle arrives at the garage until it is returned to the driver. United by one goal, the team strive to minimise vehicle off road time. Your role will be essential in ensuring our customers remain mobile by effectively managing vehicle downtime.

What You'll Do

Based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge office in Leeds, this role is as diverse as it is rewarding. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Serve as the primary contact for drivers and suppliers when a vehicle is off the road, using strong communication, attention to detail, and investigative thinking to ensure vehicles are back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely vehicle repairs and optimal communication.
  • Monitor repair progress and liaise with third-party repair suppliers, manufacturers, and our in-house Technical Services team to address any issues, providing proactive updates throughout the process
  • Investigate and challenge repair times to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Generate and present VOR (Vehicle Off Road) reports and insights during meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Down Time Management Team Leader and Technical Services Manager to enhance processes and communication.
