Our promise to you

Our people are central to the success of us all at the Zenith Group.

So, we developed our People Promise. A promise to you, so that you know what’s expected of you when you join Zenith, and importantly, what you can expect from us when you join the team.

We expect to double in size over the next three years. A goal that sounds ambitious, but we’re ambitious people, who work hard towards our goals. As we continue on our journey of growth and innovation, we will create roles that allow people to question the status quo, and to believe that they can make a difference every day to the success of the company.

We always ask ourselves “what’s next for our people?”, and so we’re always investing in the capability of our colleagues, the development of inspiring leaders who have a growth mindset and inspiring the agility we all need to lead the future growth of the business. Unlocking everyone’s potential along the way.

We’re serious when we say this. We’ve increased our investment in training per person by 45% to ensure people can be the best version of themselves, developing the skills they need to be part of the Zenith of tomorrow.
