Used Car Sales Executive

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you'll be right at the heart of our growing used car proposition. You'll convert warm leads into orders, build strong relationships with drivers and help us deliver profitable, fast-moving used car sales. Your work will directly support Zenith's mission to offer flexible, value-driven vehicle solutions across corporate and consumer channels—playing a key part in our future growth.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively managing used car leads from first contact to order
- Promoting our used car salary sacrifice scheme and full proposition to new and existing customers
- Delivering an engaging, professional customer experience across phone, email, live chat and text
- Managing renewals for customers approaching the end of their contract
- Understanding driver needs and recommending the right vehicle to match
- Keeping CRM and sales systems accurate and up to date
- Sharing insights with sales managers on customer behaviour, stock trends and pricing
- Supporting webinars, roadshows and events that showcase the used car offering
- Working closely with Sales Enablement and Order Fulfilment to deliver a seamless customer journey
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in used car sales is essential
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated and commercially aware
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Skilled at handling objections and closing deals
- Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional, reliable and calm under pressure

- Salary £25,357.50 + uncapped commission with OTE of £40k+
