With a significant transformation of our Treasury function, to align with our ambitious growth, and as we diversify our funding sources and mature our Treasury environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic business.

WHATS THE ROLE?

Reporting to our Treasurer and collaborating closely with senior leaders and wider Treasury, you will lead the development of Zenith's cash and liquidity management practices, with two direct reports. Key responsibilities include:

• Support the effective day-to-day management of our Treasury Function, ensuring compliance with agreed policies and procedures.
• Assist in setting up new securitisation facilities and manage ancillary service providers efficiently.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting to a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Monitor funding lines and ensure timely cash funding, while developing processes to enhance our treasury management practices.
• Manage and mentor direct reports within the Treasury Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU CAN OFFER 

• Proven background in managing Treasury operations ensuring effective cash and liquidity management.
• In depth knowledge of Treasury practices and structured finance instruments
• Ideally, experience with securitisation and asset-backed securities finance
• Essential experience in regulatory reporting
• Exceptional Excel skills for financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting
