We're now looking for a Rental Sales & Proposition Manager to play a key role in driving growth across our Corporate Rental division. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine your commercial acumen, customer focus, and proposition development expertise to deliver both immediate results and long-term impact.

What you'll be doing

• Generating and qualifying prospects to feed the sales pipeline and win new customers.
• Leading the conversion of rental opportunities within our corporate new business pipeline.
• Reactivating lapsed customers and identifying cross-sell opportunities across the wider Zenith Group.
• Developing and implementing new rental products and services to strengthen our market position and enhance customer retention.
• Managing tender responses and contracts to secure new business.
• Acting as a trusted expert for colleagues across the business, sharing rental knowledge and insight.

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience (ideally within the Rental/Contract Hire/ Fleet industry) with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the daily rental market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in tender processes and contract implementation.
• Tenacity, resilience, and a proactive approach to building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• A confident user of systems and data sources, with experience using Salesforce (or similar).
