What You'll Do:

As a Rental Executive, your role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional rental experience. You'll be the face (and voice) of Zenith, handling rental inquiries via phone and email, managing key accounts, and ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers with any rental queries.
  • Ensure exceptional service and smooth processes are delivered to our key customer accounts.
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with our suppliers to resolve any declined reservations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist the team by sharing knowledge and supporting your colleagues with challenging queries.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from internal teams and the Rental Management Team, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Provide accurate documentation for bookings, ensuring all details are clear and concise for future reference.
  • Maintain high standards in compliance, security checks, and customer confidentiality.
  • Assist with training new team members and contribute to ongoing team development.
  • Be a role model for your team, setting the standard for positivity, enthusiasm, and exceptional service.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the rental or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with bespoke systems.
  • A passion for solving problems and delivering service excellence.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the drive to succeed.
