As a Reservations Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers seeking vehicle rentals or general queries. You'll play a crucial role in managing the booking process, ensuring customers get the best service possible, and building lasting relationships with our suppliers and internal teams. What You'll Be Doing:
- First Point of Contact: Handle inbound calls and emails, process vehicle hire bookings, and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally.
- Delivering Excellence: Ensure every customer receives a first-class experience by managing their expectations on delivery, availability, and collection timeframes.
- Efficient Reservation Management: Process and maintain accurate vehicle hire bookings, keeping detailed records for each driver and vehicle hired.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with our network of preferred suppliers to ensure smooth bookings and quick resolutions to any declined reservations.
- Problem-Solving: Be proactive in managing any issues that arise, offering quick and effective solutions to ensure the customer's needs are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer Service Expertise: You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and putting the customer's needs at the heart of everything you do.
- Great Communication Skills: You can confidently communicate over the phone and via email, ensuring that all customer queries are addressed quickly and accurately.
- Multitasker: You're able to juggle phone calls, emails, and system updates while remaining organized and efficient.
- Problem Solver: You're not just reactive – you're proactive in finding solutions to challenges before they escalate.
- Team Player: You're an adaptable and resilient individual, willing to collaborate with others to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and the wider business.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone communication skills and the ability to handle up to 60 calls per day.
- Comfort with using bespoke systems and managing data entry efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- A calm and resilient approach, even when dealing with high volumes or challenging situations.
