Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance? At Zenith, we are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our dynamic team responsible for processing high volumes of invoices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow within the finance sector, with clear pathways to progression into team leader and management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track a high volume of invoices, statements, and queries—up to 100 cases daily.
  • Manage weekly and monthly payment runs efficiently.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (lookups and pivots) to handle invoices with multiple clients.
  • Ensure accuracy in all invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Handle queries via email and phone, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with lookups and pivots.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.
