People Change & Engagement Lead - 6 Month FTC
For more than 30 years, Zenith has been shaping the future of sustainable vehicle solutions. As the UK's largest independent vehicle solutions provider, we're passionate about creating a workplace where our colleagues feel connected, supported and empowered to thrive. We're recognised for our award-winning service, our investment in people and our commitment to making mobility smarter, greener and better for everyone.
As our business continues to evolve, we're investing in the colleague experience and creating new ways for people to build relationships, share ideas, learn from one another and make a meaningful impact both inside and outside of work. We're now looking for a People Change & Engagement Lead to drive some of our most exciting culture and colleague experience initiatives.
What's the Role
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of colleague experience at Zenith. You'll lead high-profile people initiatives that influence culture, engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and community across the business. From launching and embedding digital solutions for colleague communities, to creating mentoring programmes, EDI networks and CSR initiatives, you'll play a central role in helping colleagues feel more connected to each other and to Zenith.
What makes this role different is the freedom to create. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, generate ideas, influence stakeholders and turn concepts into initiatives that colleagues genuinely want to be part of.
You'll combine creativity with delivery, bringing people on a journey while ensuring initiatives are sustainable, well-governed and aligned to our people strategy. Whether it's launching a new colleague community, creating a mentoring programme, growing our approach to belonging or developing colleague-led social impact initiatives, you'll have the autonomy to shape the experience and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on our culture.
If you've led successful people initiatives, enjoy building engagement and thrive on turning ideas into reality, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver innovative colleague experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging and culture across Zenith.
- Lead the launch, adoption and ongoing evolution of digital solutions establishing it as a vibrant digital community where colleagues can connect, belong and grow.
- Build and grow colleague communities, mentoring programmes, networks and forums that encourage collaboration, development and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and deliver EDI and belonging initiatives that foster an inclusive culture where every colleague feels valued and supported.
- Enable colleague-led CSR and social impact initiatives, creating opportunities for colleagues to contribute to causes and communities they care about.
- Design colleague engagement campaigns that drive participation, advocacy and behavioural change.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the business to build support, momentum and engagement around key people initiatives.
- Create governance frameworks, community standards and guidance that enable participation while effectively managing risk.
- Use colleague insight, engagement data and feedback to continuously improve programmes and measure success.
- Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert on colleague engagement, culture, inclusion and community building.
What Can You Bring

- The creativity to generate fresh ideas and transform them into successful colleague initiatives.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create excitement and momentum around new initiatives.
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
