Based in our state of the art Kirkstall Forge head office just 6 minutes from Leeds city centre, this is an exciting role within a very busy Operational Processing team and is an excellent move for someone with outstanding communications skills, strengths in administration and a keen eye for detail. 

Using your strengths in customer service and the ability undertake varied administrative processing tasks, you will take ownership for a variety of different fleets, responding to requests and queries from both internal and external stakeholders, whilst producing reports, supplying data, and performing scheduled tasks.

Previous experience in an administration environment that has a focus on customer satisfaction is essential. A passion for delivering  customer service and excellent communication skills are also necessary, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional organisational skills.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Managing Operational Processing mailboxes
  • Running daily MOT reports and keeping vehicles in check against government standards
  • Processing overdue MOT reports and reaching out to drivers, customers, or Account Managers when needed
  • Crafting overseas travel packs for drivers
  • Auditing V5 registration documents 
  • Running monthly RFL reports and ensuring all vehicles are taxed promptly
  • Navigating through service and safety recalls, sending priority notifications, and maintaining the electronic portal
  • Crafting authorisation letters with a DVLA vehicle summary copy
  • Opening new customer accounts and maintaining the existing ones
  • Sending out vehicle schedules and collecting V5s at the end of contracts
