We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Director to join us to drive innovative strategies that enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable results across our Company Car, Salary Sacrifice and Consumer channels.

Reporting directly to the CEO for the Corporate & Consumer divisions, you'll be a key member of the Senior Leadership team. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and customer journey by developing and delivering an impactful marketing plan that supports commercial objectives. You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to shape strategic plans, manage a talented marketing team, and ensure the continued evolution of our brand and customer journey. 

What you'll be doing

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage a talented and diverse marketing team, focusing on ROI-driven campaigns and brand growth.
• Oversee the digital roadmap to enhance customer journeys, digital marketing capabilities, and acquisition strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and support new proposition launches.
• Monitor key performance metrics and insights to continually refine marketing strategies.
• Drive compliance with Consumer Duty best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Play a key role in the Senior Leadership team, you will provide important input in the Corporate & Consumer Division's strategic plans.
• Responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring tight controls and processes are in place.
• Manage and develop the ongoing evolution of the Group Marketing function.
• Support our business wide Group Transformation Project as the lead customer voice, marketing SME and custodian of the customer experience.
• Support the business growth agenda with appropriate marketing campaigns and collateral for B2B and D2C growth.

 What you'll bring

• 10+ years of senior consumer marketing leadership experience.
• Expertise in B2B and B2C /or B2B2C environments, with a strong digital marketing focus.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering impactful marketing plans.
• Broad omnichannel experience across the marketing mix, with a strong digital focus.
• A great communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Highly analytical and results driven.
• A good storyteller – helping us to bring our brand to life for drivers. Collaborative in nature, understands the value in being an active team member
• Self-motivated and resilient, understands self and how they maintain high levels of performance when facing significant challenges
• Able to lead and motivate a team of marketers and broader set of stakeholders.
• Pragmatic and able to flex with changing business priorities.
• Experience of brand and proposition development, particularly in a digital setting.
