 You'll take ownership of significant client accounts, ensuring their fleets run smoothly and legally by meticulously planning maintenance schedules, all while keeping compliance at the forefront with DVSA and UK law. Your role will ensure our clients' operations flow seamlessly, even when their vehicles need attention. This role is a stepping stone to mastering the details of commercial vehicles and compliance, building your planning skills within a team that offers clear paths for progression.

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have a strong administrative and customer service background, any Fleet Management, HGV/LCV industry knowledge would certainly be advantageous (but this can all be trained).  You will be someone who can self-manage and who thrives under pressure, exceptional teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You need to have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in IT, especially Excel, and excellent organisational skills.

So, what will you be doing?

• Guarantee smooth communication throughout the event planning and execution phases, surpassing expectations.
• Adhere to each customer's individual service agreement with precision to create customised vehicle compliance events.
• Ensuring each appointment has been completed, maintain schedules, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Keep customers informed proactively and address any outstanding matters promptly.
• Efficiently coordinate post-event vehicle repairs with the Fleet Team.
• Promptly gather and distribute event documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Offer informative reports to stakeholders and propose enhancements.
• Work with teammates to optimise processes and communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, escalate issues for resolution when needed.
