The Role

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Fines Administrator to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for the processing of Notices, handling payments, managing data entry, and ensuring that we meet critical deadlines. You will also play an important part in delivering outstanding customer service through email and phone support, helping both internal and external stakeholders with their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Notice Processing & Payments: Administer and accurately process Notices within strict deadlines, ensuring minimal costs for the business and our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external customers, responding to approximately 70 emails per day and handling phone queries professionally.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Input and verify data, ensuring accuracy across various tasks such as payments and checks, which may involve up to 6000 fields.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Fines Admin team in meeting KPIs and team objectives, offering assistance with various tasks as needed.
  • Communication & Reporting: Keep your Team Leader informed on daily progress, and be proactive in offering solutions and feedback to improve processes.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • IT Competent: Comfortable using various systems and software applications to support daily tasks.
  • Customer-Focused: Able to manage stakeholder queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Communicator: Clear and professional in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and provide regular updates.
  • Adaptable: Flexible and able to handle changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient & Self-Motivated: Able to work under pressure, stay calm in volatile situations, and maintain high performance.
