Fines Administrator
We are delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our commercial Fines Team as a Fines Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing Notices, managing payments, conducting data entry, and ensuring we meet essential deadlines. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service via email and phone support, assisting both internal and external stakeholders with their inquiries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administer and accurately process Notices within strict deadlines, ensuring minimal costs for both the business and our customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal teams and external clients, responding to around 70 emails daily and professionally managing phone inquiries.
- Input and verify data to maintain accuracy across various tasks, including payments and checks, which may involve up to 6,000 fields.
- Support the Fines Administration team in achieving KPIs and team objectives, offering assistance with various tasks as required.
- Proactively suggest solutions and provide feedback to enhance processes.
- Make precise payments for up to 100 items.
- Conduct data entry and accuracy checks for up to 6,000 fields.
- Sort and scan incoming mail.
- Answer phone calls from customers and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to approximately 70 emails within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Keep the team leader informed on daily progress and assist with any ad hoc tasks that may arise.
