Finance Consolidation Manager - Interim

We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Consolidation Manager for to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, while implementing robust controls and building strong relationships across the team.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent role.



  • Lead the consolidation process for the Car & Van division, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard financial data.
  • Manage and report on key KPIs related to funding cash flows.
  • Collaborate across teams to share best practices and foster a supportive and accountable environment.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the year-end audit process and contribute to various ad-hoc financial reporting projects.
  • Demonstrate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.



  • A chartered accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with consolidation experience.
  • Adept at handling large quantities of unstructured data and building strong control environments.
  • Highly organised and resilient with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
  • Passionate about fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
