We have fantastic Driver Administrator opportunities available in our busy and vibrant Account Management function here at Zenith!

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand on their customer service experience within an award-winning market leader in the fleet industry.

Our teams of Driver Administrators are crucial to our offering and form the foundation of our outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for drivers, available by phone and on email to answer queries on a broad range of subjects.

You will build your knowledge, becoming an expert on new vehicle orders and vehicle pricing, in life queries such as MOT or service bookings, problem-solving in response to issues and sometimes complaints, and learning about our customers and what makes them tick.

This position entails a high degree of phone based customer service, as well as a proven ability to manage detailed and crucial administrative tasks.

Previous experience within a Customer Service based role is key, but of equal importance are confidence, a positive attitude, and being a great team player.

Responsibilities include;

  • Working within a team of people dealing with day to day contact with drivers. Interactions/tasks include (but are not limited to):
  • general queries
  • placing orders
  • pricing amendments
  • service and MOT bookings,
  • Scheme and policy queries
  • Work closely with the wider team to continuously improve the quality of our service to the customer
  • Provide driver support via phone and email; responding to queries delivering excellent customer service within the appropriate SLAs
  • Update and maintain our customer database, managing key information where required
  • Keep the driver up to date in the status of their query / booking taking ownership from the initial contact through to closure
  • Processing services, MOT's, repair bookings and other in life events for our fleet
