Defleet Executive
About the Role:
Join our Zenith team as a Defleet Executive, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional consumer outcomes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Salary: £24,079.25
Location: Leeds (Agile working with remote options, post-probation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-of-contract damage-related invoice queries and vehicle disposal tasks.
- Provide timely updates and responses to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with external partners, including logistics and refurbishment agents.
- Support team members with overflow tasks while maintaining SLA standards.
- Document all interactions meticulously for seamless team communication.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong written communication skills for crafting concise and informative emails.
- Empathy and the ability to support customers with various needs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and databases.
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Measures of Success:
- Resolution of a minimum of 6 end-of-contract invoice queries daily.
- Maintenance of quality assurance standards and customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to departmental SLAs and internal feedback metrics.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in regulated businesses (FCA), customer service, or contract hire and leasing.
- Familiarity with vehicle servicing or body shop operations is advantageous.
