Customer Services Executive

So, what will you be doing?

  • Provide customer support via phone and email; responding to queries and deliver excellent customer service within the appropriate SLAs
  • Log cases and follow-up on associated tasks through to conclusion
  • Offer essential updates throughout the vehicle order process and the In-Life process (post-delivery)
  • Process requests for order amendments, contract modifications and amendments
  • Assist with a wide variety of queries such as order updates, order bank management, MOT and service queries and fine queries.
  • Manage admin tasks such as uninsured vehicles, cherished plate requests, overseas travel requests
  • Support customers through the renewals process, taking a leading role with the day-to-day management of renewals
  • Respond to complaints via email, telephone and Trust Pilot always adhering to our internal complaints handling procedur.e
