We offer a competitive starting salary of £25,601.65 (38.75 hours per week), plus a 6.25% pension contribution and a range of fantastic benefits, including Onsite GP, first class onsite facilities, free car parking, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Our agile working model offers you the flexibility to balance your home and office life. Typically, our customer service colleagues spend three days per week in the office.
Our Teams
As a Customer Service Executive, you will join one of our three specialist divisions, each dedicated to providing friendly support to our customers, including some of the UK's largest blue-chip companies.
Corporate: We provide company cars, light commercial vehicles, salary sacrifice schemes, and short-term rentals - all supported by our expert in-house teams specializing in fleet, accident, and customer management. This ensures tailored solutions and first-class service for every customer.
Commercial: We support operators of LGVs, HGVs, and trailers by offering fleet management, maintenance, funding, rental, and flexible hire solutions. Trusted by major grocery and parcel delivery companies, we provide 24/7 support to keep fleets on the road and running smoothly.
Consumer: We provide a fully digital car‑leasing experience - from initial enquiry and new vehicle orders through to servicing and repairs. Our industry‑leading digital brand, Zen Auto, along with our growing White‑Label offering, enables partners to provide branded leasing options directly to their own customers.
Whichever team you join, you'll work collaboratively to consistently provide exceptional service and keep our customers moving.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on your team, but could include:
- Handling a wide variety of phone and email enquiries.
- Working across multiple systems to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure every customer receives the seamless service we're known for.
- Organising and prioritising your workload to provide timely, professional support.
- Taking ownership from initial contact through to resolution, keeping customers updated.
- Managing your own portfolio of customers as their first point of contact and trusted advisor
- Supporting drivers compassionately through breakdowns, defects, and repairs.
- Assisting drivers with new vehicle orders, in‑life vehicle operations, and coordinating services, MOTs, and other fleet‑related maintenance.
- Delivering high standards of customer care, measured against the FCA framework.
You will be at the heart of our customer service operation, delivering support, managing important administrative tasks, and building strong relationships through your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
