Our salary package starts from £25,207.65 (38.75 hrs per week), plus 6.25% pension contribution, and fantastic perks including private healthcare after probation, career development, first-class onsite facilities, and free car parking.

About The Role

We're looking for Customer Service Executives to join our Corporate Customer Services function – the team supporting some of the UK's largest blue-chip companies with their fleets, from company cars, light commercial vehicles, salary sacrifice schemes, and short-term rentals.

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be part of one of our three specialist teams:

Account Management – supporting our customers with general queries relating to terms, complaints, feedback, and account changes. You'll help ensure we meet service standards, while identifying process improvements.

Driver Services - Our dedicated driver services hub keeps drivers moving by booking MOTs, services and repairs, and chasing garages to minimise downtime. You'll ensure every vehicle is compliant and serviced on time.

First Notification of Loss (FNOL) – Providing calm, professional support when drivers experience an accident. You'll sensitively gather information, coordinate recovery, and help get them safely back on the road.

Whichever team you join, you'll paly a key role in helping our customers stay mobile and supported.

What You'll Be Doing

Our teams are committed to delivering an efficient service, minimising vehicle downtime, and maintaining high levels of compliance for our fleets. You'll:

  • Manage your own portfolio of customers and building strong, positive relationships
  • Handle a wide range of enquiries via phone and email
  • Work across multiple systems to keep everything running smoothly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer receives the seamless service we're known for
  • Organise and prioritise your workload to provide timely, professional support
  • Take ownership from initial contact through to resolution, keeping customers updated
  • Support customers with everything from new vehicle orders and pricing to ongoing in-life vehicle operations.
  • Support drivers by booking services, MOTs, and repairs, and other fleet-related bookings, as well as assisting them through unexpected breakdowns or accidents - helping them get safely back on the road

  • Our agile working model gives you the flexibility to balance home and office life. Typically, our customer service colleagues will be required to spend 3 days a week in the office.
