We are currently looking for a passionate Customer Account Manager (CAM) to join our growing team in Kirkstall Forge, Leeds. In this customer-centric role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our commercial vehicle fleet clients, fostering strong partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll deliver best-in-class service and become a trusted advisor to our valued customers.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a unified approach to customer service.
• Champion the Zenith brand by providing exceptional service and professionalism.
• Analyse data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimise service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Who You Are

• Experience in account management, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle fleet industry.
• Customer focused, with a consultative and commercial approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a target-driven environment with a keen eye for detail.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Comfortable with travelling regularly. 
• Able to spend 2-3 days a week in Leeds.
