Corporate Sales Director

We're looking for an experienced commercial leader to take on the role of Corporate Sales Director. This is a senior position with accountability for delivering Zenith's Corporate New Business Sales strategy, leading a dedicated team, and building long-term customer partnerships that drive sustainable fleet growth.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll be part of the senior sales leadership team, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on both divisional performance and the way we grow as a business.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Lead and develop our Corporate New Business Sales team (c.6 FTE), ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and delivering against growth targets.
  • Take ownership of the Corporate new business sales strategy, identifying and shaping opportunities across company cars, LCVs, salary sacrifice, and daily rental.
  • Build and maintain strategic C-Suite relationships with prospective customers, ensuring Zenith is positioned as a trusted long-term partner.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from pipeline development and bid management through to negotiation and successful onboarding.
  • Drive commercial results, ensuring every opportunity meets profitability and risk objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to optimise performance, governance, and customer experience.
  • Create a high-performing team culture that values learning, inclusion, and future talent development.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Proven senior leadership experience within the Leaseco sector
  • Strong track record of delivering growth and managing significant sales budgets
  • An exceptional people leader with a high challenge, high support approach.
  • Expertise in B2B sales and negotiations, with the ability to influence at the highest level.
  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of pricing, risk, and the leasing value chain.
  • Strategic thinker, able to translate external market trends into actionable plans.
  • A collaborative and inclusive leader who drives performance while building trust and engagement.
