Our Corporate Sales team specialise in selling solution-led contract hire, salary sacrifice, fleet management and leasing propositions to large corporate organisations operating fleets of 500+ vehicles on a sole-supply, partnership focussed basis. We compete on expertise, service quality and commercial value, building enduring relationships with some of the UK's largest businesses.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale opportunities, supported by specialist bid, implementation, driver engagement and commercial teams. What's the role?
Reporting directly into the Corporate Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and securing new large‑corporate customers.
This is a national role focused on organisations with significant fleet requirements, where success comes from understanding customer challenges and creating tailored solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. You'll engage with senior stakeholders across fleet, procurement, finance and HR functions, taking a consultative, value-led approach to sales.
Success in this role comes from understanding client challenges first, then shaping Zenith's solutions around what genuinely matters to them.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and seeking out new business opportunities
- Leading discovery‑led sales conversations to understand client objectives, challenges and commercial drivers
- Demonstrating excellent presentation skills when selling the Company's key features and benefits to secure new customers.
- Being an expert in your field; continually keeping up to date with industry topics, trends and products to best advise customers leading to successful conclusions for Zenith.
- Making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with detailed quotations when required; outstanding customer service is paramount.
- Negotiating terms of agreement and demonstrating the ability to close sales successfully.
- Ensuring the smooth progression of the sale through to delivery.
- Ensuring excellent account management skills are delivered to the Company's customer base both new and existing.
- Ensuring the implementation of new business wins are processed in a timely and professional manner, both internally and externally to a successful conclusion.
- Ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly Company targets are achieved and where possible exceeded.
- Travel and overnight stays as the needs of the business dictates.

What You'll Bring?
- A strong understanding of the fleet, leasing or vehicle solutions sector, together with a proven track record of winning and developing large corporate accounts
- Clear and demonstrable Business Development experience
- High level of communication, inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence to engage multiple stakeholders at multiple levels effectively
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively close sales successfully
- Ability to challenge confidently and constructively at all levels, often thinking on your feet
- Experience of producing reports and confidently presenting at key committees/board

- Excellent commission structure (OTE £120-130K)
