Asset Manager

With a fleet of over 170,000 vehicles, we are the largest independent vehicle solutions provider—and we're looking for a skilled Asset Manager to join our journey.
As an Asset Manager you'll take ownership of our funded vehicle fleet (c.70,000 car & van) across Salary Sacrifice, Company Car, and Zen Auto channels, and use data to mitigate risks and optimise asset in-life performance. This role is a unique blend of data-driven analysis and strategic commercial decision-making, requiring you to influence key stakeholders to drive the right asset outcomes for the business and its customers.
What You'll Do:
- Take ownership of every funded asset, ensuring optimal performance throughout its lifecycle to drive P&L impact.
- Optimise asset outcomes through proactive planning and decision-making.
- Develop and own asset management plans to drive profitability and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic and data-driven solutions.
- Implement innovative processes that enhance efficiency and performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations that influence senior decision-making.
- Optimise operational processes and deliver commercial performance improvements.
- Collaborate with our Pricing, Risk and Customer teams to drive the right asset outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- A strong track record in data-focused role with commercial responsibilities, in the vehicle leasing or Automotive sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
- Exceptional critical thinking and, with the ability to create and present insights.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.
- A great communicator who excels at building relationships.
Reward:
- Salary £60,000 - £75,000
