As an Asset Manager you'll take ownership of our funded vehicle fleet (c.70,000 car & van) across Salary Sacrifice, Company Car, and Zen Auto channels, and use data to mitigate risks and optimise asset in-life performance. This role is a unique blend of data-driven analysis and strategic commercial decision-making, requiring you to influence key stakeholders to drive the right asset outcomes for the business and its customers.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of every funded asset, ensuring optimal performance throughout its lifecycle to drive P&L impact. 
• Optimise asset outcomes through proactive planning and decision-making.
• Develop and own asset management plans to drive profitability and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic and data-driven solutions.
• Implement innovative processes that enhance efficiency and performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations that influence senior decision-making.
• Optimise operational processes and deliver commercial performance improvements.
• Collaborate with our Pricing, Risk and Customer teams to drive the right asset outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong track record in data-focused role with commercial responsibilities, in the vehicle leasing or Automotive sector.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Exceptional critical thinking and, with the ability to create and present insights.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.
• A great communicator who excels at building relationships.
